What is Authentic Spirituality?
What does it really mean to be on a “Spiritual Path”?
For most of us “spirituality” is often a kind of “journey” to somewhere where we imagine God is, or Love is, or where we may find Peace. A kind of search for everything we’ve ever wanted or believed in.
Authentic Spirituality is not about “finding” God, or Love, or even Peace. It is about recognizing the barriers within yourself which you have built, preventing you from truly seeing God here and now; knowing the Joy of Love now, and learning to be Content even in the face of chaos and uncertainty, right here, right now.
Authentic Spirituality has no belief system and relies on no dogma or doctrines of certainty. Spirituality is about cultivating the ground for living your life at the level of Full Self-Expression every moment of your life, so that the God that is already within you; so that Love, which is your true Self and so that, Peace of Mind and Body can – THRIVE.
